Member Clubs in UTA

The Uganda Tennis Association (UTA) functions as the governing body for tennis in Uganda, overseeing the sport’s development, organisation, and regulation throughout the country. It operates through a network of member clubs, which are dispersed across various regions of Uganda. These clubs play a crucial role in the promotion and advancement of tennis within their local communities.

To become affiliated with the UTA, clubs must undergo a thorough vetting and appraisal process conducted by the federation. This ensures that the clubs meet certain standards and criteria set forth by the UTA constitution. Among these requirements are having adequate tennis facilities to host matches and events, as well as adhering to democratic principles in their administration and governance.
